Our electric frameless glass folding door features a full-view, vertical-free design, giving it a clean and open look while letting in plenty of natural light and offering an unobstructed view.
It comes with a quiet motor system that lets you control the door with a remote or a wall switch, folding the panels automatically. With a top-hung track design, it slides smoothly. If you're using it frequently, the electric version saves a lot of time compared to manually pushing and pulling.
Overall structure design
The electric frameless glass folding door uses a top-hung suspension structure, with the entire load borne by the upper 6063‑T6 aluminum alloy main track. The combination of the top-hung track and the floor track ensures stability.
The system includes: a drive motor assembly, transmission components, silent rollers, stainless steel hinges, tempered glass door panels, end fixed posts, and limit & sensor safety modules.
The door panels feature a frameless sealing design without middle vertical frames, creating a fully transparent panoramic effect. Multiple glass panels are connected via hinges, and the motor drives the rollers to fold and stack along the track smoothly.
It has a travel limiter; in case of power failure, it can be manually unlocked and pushed or pulled. The structure distributes force evenly, operates smoothly and stably, making it perfect for high-frequency use in commercial banquet halls and can be customized for large openings.
Core material setup
Track Profile: 6063-T6 high-strength aluminum alloy for the main load-bearing track; corrosion-resistant and not easy to deform. Surface options include powder coating, anodizing, or fluorocarbon coating.
Glass Door Panels: Standard 10–12mm tempered safety glass; optional laminated glass, frosted glass, or PDLC smart glass to meet soundproofing, privacy, and transparency needs.
Hardware: 304 stainless steel hinges and silent nylon-coated steel rollers, wear-resistant and smooth, perfect for high-frequency use in banquet halls.
Drive System: Commercial silent motor assembly with travel limiters; supports remote control and wall panel operation, with manual release in case of power outage.
Sealing Strips: EPDM rubber sealing strips, aging-resistant, enhance sound insulation and noise reduction when closed.
